Register for La foulée

Join this 10th edition of La foulée des parcs. Registrations are officially open! Courses for all and all levels. La foulée des parcs is the event of the year which brings together more than two thousand runners!

Bib collection

Before June 5 and until June 12. By downloading and registering using the app You will receive your bib by email and can print it. A participant’s kit will be provided. This includes a bib and a chip which must be returned afterwards.

Access

The start of the race is located at Outremont parc.

Participants are encouraged to get there on foot, by bike, by metro or by bus. Several streets will be closed for the event.

Form a team

Participants can create teams! For example, we are going to create the “Outremont en Famille” team, bringing together volunteers and OEF employees. If the Martin family participates in the race: parents, grandparents and children can create the Martin team!

Prepare

Participants should :

  • Bring a full water bottle.
  • Arrive 30 minutes before on the site
  • get into sports clothes in advance because there is no cloakroom on site
  • Choose public transport to get to the stride

  • 9:15 : 4 km regular
  • 9:45 : 2 km
  • 10:00 : 2 km strollers
  • 10:30: 1 km
  • 10:35 : 1 km Marche des aînés ( Elders Walk)
  • 11:00 : 1 km Défi familles

Races

From the beginner to the confirmed athlete, whatever route you choose: You must respect the pedestrian signs and the safety rules (stopping at a red light, running on the sidewalks and not on the road, etc.)

La marche des aînés (The Elders Walk) is a race that encourages people over 65 to complete the course by running, walking or rolling!

1 km run Défi familles (Family Challenge)
  • 11:00 : 1 km Défi familles

Le Défi famille (The family challenge) is a race that takes place in teams of four, regardless of the composition of the family. This race is usually done in disguise. Each family is free to dress according to the desire of the moment.
